Ingredient
1 Eggplant
1 bunch coriander leaves
2 green chillies
2 tsp Oil
1 small Onions
salt to taste
10 grm tamarind
Directions
Take big size of eggplant cut into 4 slices.Grills the Eggplant on low fire or in oven.
mash it with a fork add oil,green chillies,onion , tamarind, salt, corinader leaves mix well.
Serve with roti or rice.
